Short Stay Rental Terms
All of our properties are fully furnished and equipped and include all charges for:
Rental rates are per property not per person however an additional guest charge is applicable for guests in excess of the rental occupancy stated.
Booking Fee:
Mandatory Departure Clean:
A departure clean fee is applicable to all bookings. Please refer to the section below on property bands to check the applicable charge and the time included within this charge.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit is held on every booking by Oxford Property Solutions Limited for the duration of stay. It is refunded minus any necessary deductions for cleaning, telephone and damages one week after departure. The value of the security deposit is determined by the property band.
Property Band:
Our properties are grouped into bands which are used to calculate the security deposit and the mandatory departure clean charge. Please use the link provided for more information.
Additional Items and Services.
Some items listed on the website as being available must be supplied at an additional cost. There are also certain charges applicable in addition to the rental rate for certain circumstances. We are also able to offer additional services to make your stay more comfortable.

Cancellation Policy.
Any cancellation must be sent to us in writing by the Hirer named on the booking form. The effective date of cancellation will be the date that the written instructions are received by us.
Switch, Visa Delta, Solo cards accepted (No transaction charge applied)
Direct Bank Transfer (Bank details available on request) Hirer responsible for all bank charges.

Utilities:
heating, lighting, water, electricity, local taxes, television licence.
Laundry pack:
(comprising Bed linen, bath and hand towels for each guest, kitchen linen and bath mats)
Start-up/Welcome Pack:
(comprising initial supply of cleaning products, paper goods, tea, coffee, sugar, milk)
Serviced accommodation:
includes a weekly linen & towel change
Oxford Property Solutions Limited reserve the right to determine minimum letting periods during certain times of the year
A booking fee of £35.00 (Incl. VAT) will be applied to every booking and all amendments thereafter (including extensions of stay).

Payment Terms:
30% Non-returnable rental deposit payable to confirm a booking 70% Rental payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of stay or with rental deposit if less than 8 weeks Security Deposit payable 1 week prior to commencement of stay
Payment Method:
We accept most credit cards (All Visa, Mastercard and AMEX card transactions are subject to a 3% charge).
Sterling Cheque (Minimum 4 weeks prior to commencement of stay)
Secondary installments and security deposits will be charged to your card (if card supplied for first payment) on the due date; unless alternative payment details are supplied at least 10 working days before the payment is due.
Late payments will incur a charge of £20.00
Arrival Time:
All arrivals should be between 15.00hrs & 17.30hrs (NB: a surcharge is applied for earlier or later arrivals)
Departure Time: All departures should take place no later than 10.00hrs (NB: a surcharge is applied for late departures)
